POTSDAM – Effective Monday, May 1, Canton-Potsdam Hospital’s cardiology office located at the Potsdam (Price Chopper) Plaza, 201 Market St.
Potsdam Cardiology is comprised of Ruzaik Ibrahim, MD; Christina Kashmer, PA; Ngoc Nguyen, MD; Jayaram Radhakrishnan, MD, Amit Shanker, MD, and Sharisse Smith, PA.
The team will be making the permanent move from the Leroy Outpatient Center, 50 Leroy St. However, for the convenience of their patients, the phone number will remain as 315-274-9102.
The new location affords the Canton-Potsdam Hospital Cardiology team with an expanded and modern space.
Patients can be assured their care will be uninterrupted throughout the transition.
