POTSDAM — Due to the evolving situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the tightening restrictions handed down by the state of NY; 1844 House have decided to suspend their take-out program.
“We feel that it is our social responsibility to do our part to level ‘the curve’ of the spread as well as to protect our community and our family from possible contamination,” the owners said in a press release.
“We are so grateful for the outpouring of support we have experienced from you. We are making every preparation to bring back our beloved “work family” and resume operations as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we will spend these days doing deep cleaning and standard maintenance of the restaurant and barn, preparing our gardens for spring, and working on some great new menus for our relaunch. Please visit our website and Facebook page for up- to- date information. We can’t wait to see you all again soon.”
