Guy and Lois Niles, 238 Sylvan Falls Rd., Potsdam, will celebrate their 40th anniversary March 29, 2011.
They were married March 29, 1971, at St. Mary’s Church, Potsdam. Original members of the wedding party included the late Shirley Niles and the late Edwin Wells.
Guy is retired in 2000 from Reynolds Metals. He is a member of Parishville ATV Club, and enjoys hunting. He also served in the U.S. Army from 1962 to 1968.
Lois is a homemaker and seamstress. She enjoys sewing, crafts, and spending time with her grandchildren.
They have ten children: Veryal Zimmerman, Beacon, Francis Slevin, Gloversville, Ronald Stark, Asheboro, NC, Henry Fuller, Asheboro, NC, Carl Fuller, Leesville, LA, Tony Fuller, Little Elm, TX, Shirley Fuller, Ogdensburg, Cynthia Salanger, Syracuse, Les Fuller, Pawling, and Ann Jerome, Parishville. They have 24 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
