Charles and Jacqueline Lauber Dibble, Jacksonville, FL, and formerly of Massena, celebrated their 50th anniversary in Rome and San Giovanni Rotonda, Italy, June 27. It was an unforgettable experience.
Charles and Jacqueline were married June 27, 1959, by Reverend Maurice L. Devries at the Congregational Church, 39 West Orvis St., Massena. Best man was brother of the bride, Leonard Lauber and maid of honor was Shirley Jesmer Meyers, cousin of the bride.
On Mr. and Mrs. Dibble’s 25th anniversary they were remarried at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in Wurtsboro.
Jacqueline Dibble is the daughter of the late Mable Claffey Lauber and Clarence Leonard Lauber of Massena. Mr. and Mrs. Dibble are the parents of three children, Shane Dibble, Virgina Beach, VA, Sharmaine Morgan and William Dibble, both of Jacksonville, FL; and four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, all of Jacsonville.
