Amanda Lynn LaRue and Scott Aaron Earl, both of Ogdensburg, were recently married in a ceremony held at the Crowne Plaza Golf House in Lake Placid on September 12, 2014, at 5 p.m. by Officiant Steven Reed.
The bride is the daughter of Steven and Sandra LaRue of Ogdensburg.She is a graduate of Ogdensburg Free Academy and St. Joseph's School of Nursing Lemoyne College. She is employed by St. Joseph's Hospital, Syracuse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
The groom is the son of Scott Earl of Ogdensburg and Susan and Richard Peacock of Madrid.
He is a graduate of Ogdensburg Free Academy and Hobart College where he received a degree in economics. He is employed at Knowledge System & Research, Syracuse as a market researcher.
The bride's father, Steven LaRue gave her away in marriage.
Maid of honor was the bride's friend, Allison Edwards. Bride's maids included Mackenzie Furguson, Julianne Earl, and Alissa Piccaire. Flower girl was Giana O'Neil.
Best man was the groom's friends, Tyler Lemieux. Groomsmen included Adam Morley, Tyler Sanseucy, and Tanner Richardson.
The ring bearer was Zakkary LaRue.
The reader was Susan Peacock.
The bride's gown was a Maggie Sottaro & Midgley from Sposa Bella. The wedding cake was from Cake Placid and the flowers were provided by Trillium of Tupper Lake.
The couple plans to honeymoon in Rivera Maya, Mexico.
The bride will now be known as Amanda Earl.
The couple resides in Liverpool, New York.
