GOUVERNEUR — A Kingston resident was charged with possessing prison contraband at the Gouverneur Correctional Facility on April 7, according to state police.
Kami Allure Daine Farmer, 21, was charged with second-degree introducing contraband into prison at 10:30 a.m., officers said.
Farmer was cited and released, police said.
