Colson will present this year's CIIS Annual Lecture, "Empowering Global Change: Harnessing Inspiration, Moral Outrage, and Social Entrepreneurship."

Colson's global career in non-profit work was sparked by the lessons she learned on the Kenya Semester Program.

As the founder and former CEO of the highly successful Boma Project, she has worked to empower grassroots change and community-led development in Kenya and many other countries during her distinguished career.
