MASSENA — Massena Senior Citizens will host an AARP Driver Safety course April 25-26 at the Community Center, 61 Beach St. Class sessions are open to all drivers regardless of age. Sessions run from 1-4:30 p.m. each day.
Class size is limited and pre-registration is required by calling (315) 769-7810 no later than April 18.
Participants can earn a three-year insurance discount and become eligible to reduce up to four points on their New York State driver’s license.
The fee is $25 for AARP members and $30 for non-members.
Participants can pay with exact cash or a check payable to AARP at the first class session. They must bring their driver’s license and a current AARP card (if a member) to each class session.
For the first class session, participants should arrive at least 20 minutes early.
