OGDENSBURG — A report of a small child unattended at Belmont Courts led to charges for two city residents, according to local police.
Police said they charged Thomas W. Budd, 33 and Destiny S. Budd, 30 each with criminal use of drug paraphernalia, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.
Both subjects were cited and released, officers said.
