POTSDAM — Potsdam police said they charged more than a dozen motorists with driving infractions on Wednesday. Those charged included:

  • Alexee F. Barber, 26, Potsdam, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on Market Street at 11:38 a.m.
  • Francis E. Gonyea, 54, Potsdam, was cited for no seat belt on Market Street at 12:07 p.m.
  • Eric J. Wagoner, 49, S. Hero, Vermont, was cited for no seat belt on Market Street at 12:23 p.m.
  • Anne M. Timberman, 44, Norwood, was cited for no seat belt on Market Street at 12:43 p.m.
  • Shawn A. Woodbury, 34, Nashua, New Hampshire, was cited for failure to exercise due care when passing a stopped emergency vehicle at 12:59 p.m. on Market Street.
  • Hannah L. Agans, 19, Brasher Falls, was cited for speed in zone on Lawrence Avenue after allegedly driving 36 mph in a 20 mph zone.
  • Ethan T. Bartiromo, 22, Wallingford, Conn., was cited for failure to keep right on Pierrepont Avenue at 3:42 p.m.
  • Guangming Yao, 42, Potsdam, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device on Elm Street at 4:10 p.m.
  • Collin R. Bevin, 18, Bennington, Vermont, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign on Elm Street at 4:51 p.m.
  • Mekayla N. Fountaine, 22, Massena, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign on Leroy Street at 5:17 p.m.
  • Adam S. Price, no age listed, Depeyster, was cited for non-transparent front windshield on Sandstone Drive at 5:42 p.m.
  • Allen N. Olsen, 77, Potsdam, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign on Leroy Street.
  • Craig A. Pharoah, 52, Colton, was cited for no seat belt on Market Street at 6:24 p.m.

All of the above subjects were cited and released, officers said.
