Carle, 21, Moira, was charged with speed in zone (46 miles per hour in 30 mph zone) and third-degree aggravated unlicexsned operation on March 20 on Lawrence Avenue.Carle was issued the above Uniform Traffic Tickets after patrol observed him traveling at a high rate of speed on Lawrence Avenue, radar confirmed a speed of 46 mph in a 30 mph zone. Upon traffic stop a DMV check on Carie's license showed it was suspended.
The tickets are returnable in Potsdam Town Court on April 3.
