NORWOOD -- Teen book boxes each month, Crochet Circle, True Crime Book Club, gentle yoga and Story Time are among the January’s offerings at the Norwood Public Library.
Teens at the Norwood Public Library are able to have a book box filled with library books, snacks and surprises each month. Registration for February book boxes is Jan. 2-18. Teens can pick up a survey at the library.
Library staff will elect books to suit each teen's tastes, based on their survey.
The library books and boxes will be returned, but the snacks and surprises are for the teens to keep each month. This program is sponsored by The Friends of the Norwood Public Library.
Crochet Circle is back at the library, starting Saturday, Jan. 20, at 11 a.m. Join volunteer Brittany Ashley for crocheting and conversation. All skill levels are welcome.
True Crime Book Club will meet Tuesday, Jan. 9, at 7 p.m. The month's book is 'Genealogy of Murder: Four Generations, Three Families, One Fateful Night' by Lisa Welkin.
Gentle Yoga with Kathy Wilcox will be held Jan. 16 at 6 p.m. Call 315-353-6692 to register.
