NORFOLK — A Norfolk man faces a felony stemming from a reckless driver investigation, according to state police.
Robert J. Donnelly, 41, was charged with a felony count of tampering with physical evidence: Conceal/destroy at 2:10 a.m., officers said.
He was also charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, third-degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, reckless driving and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
Donnelly was cited and released, officers said.
