MADRID — A Madrid resident was charged Saturday stemming from a fraud complaint made to state police Dec. 24, according to state police.
Leslie A. Merrick, 42, was charged with first-degree possession of a forged instrument, felony, at 4:14 p.m., police said.
Merrick was released on his own recognizance, police said.
