Aileen O’Donoghue, Henry Priest Professor of Physics from St. Lawrence University, will review what a Total Solar Eclipse is and how it will affect St. Lawrence County on Monday, April 8, 2024.
Aileen’s kid-friendly presentation will review how the solar system aligns, creating dark skies midday with a 360-degree sunset throughout the narrow path of TOTALITY under the shadow of the moon.
Learn how animals will react and what our surroundings will look and sound like because of the eclipse.
Aileen has been educating communities surrounding the Solar Eclipse over the past year and has a robust presentation to answer all your need-to-know questions!
