GOUVERNEUR — A Gouverneur man was charged with felonies following burglary and larceny investigations, according to state police.
Martin A. Serviss, 35, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felony and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property at 9:50 a.m., officers said.
The charges stemmed from a burglary complaint made on Oct. 4, 2023 in Fine, police said.
Serviss was also charged as a result of a vehicle larceny complaint made Jan. 19 of this year, officers said.
He was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, both felonies, police said.
Service was ordered held in jail, troopers said.
