GOUVERNEUR — A DeKalb man was charged with drug possession following a traffic stop Sunday evening, according to state police.
Joshua D. Martin, 44, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, officers said.
He was additionally charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, police said.
His arrest status was not made public.
