OSWEGATCHIE- Carlton Roderick Kerr, age 90, of Oswegatchie, passed away on May 27, 2022 at his home under the loving care of his family and Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley.

There will be calling hours for Carlton on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at French Family Funeral Home in Star Lake, with a celebration of his life to follow at 7:00 p.m. A burial at Woodland Cemetery will be at a later date.
