BRASHER — A Brasher Falls man was charged following an alleged domestic dispute Dec. 20, according to state police.
Phillip T. Dishaw, 53, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 2:18 p.m., officers said.
He was released on his own recognizance, officers said.
NORFOLK — A Norfolk man was charged with criminal contempt following an alleged domestic dispute Jan. 3, according to state police.
Willam P. Simmons, 36, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 2:28 a.m., police said.
He was released to a third party, police said.
