Several North Country students earned recognition for academic excellence on the SUNY Cortland Dean's List for the Fall 2023 semester.
The Dean's List is the highest ranking for undergraduate students in their respective academic areas of the university. Students must earn a minimum 3.3 grade point average for the semester to make the list.
Among those honored were Sydnie Barkley of Norfolk - Communication Studies; Abigail Benham of Massena - Adolescence Education: Social Studies and History; Jack Filiatrault of Canton - Sport Management; Emma Lalone of Ogdensburg - Early Childhood and Childhood Education (Birth-Grade 6); Aubrey Love of Ogdensburg - Criminology; Neil Matott of Gouverneur - History; Grace Mattimore of Potsdam - Speech & Hearing Science; Zakaria Moumen of Canton - Pre-Major; Gabrielle Rauth of Canton - Exercise Science; and Elizabeth Rogers of Massena - Exercise Science.
