In regards to “Alleged, Not Proven” (April 18-24), I feel even though the trial hasn’t begun, it will hopefully start soon considering the fact they have him on tape admitting exactly how this horrible act occurred. I feel if you are a family member or close friend of (accused murder Dustin) Trimm, you are still denying that he committed this crime. “Hopefully it doesn’t take three trials for the Trimm family and they find the real murderers” is a direct quote from the author of “Alleged, Not Proven,” which shows your denial in his connection to this case. While I understand where you’re coming from, (I wouldn’t want people talking negative about my family/friend either) I just don’t understand how anyone could deny this considering he states it himself. He really proved his own guilt there. I do feel sorry for all the families involved, mostly for (victim Jason) Wing’s family. But I’m sure it’s hard on the Trimm family too, considering their family member may be in prison for a while. But at least he will be alive.
