Can someone please explain why the Village of Potsdam decides to turn off the water for hydrant flushing at 5 a.m. on a workday?
Not everyone works locally and some people need to take showers and brush their teeth before leaving for work.
There is no posted schedule available anywhere so it’s not like you can plan ahead. Second year in a row they have made me late for work. I complained about it last year but that sure helped.
