I have read a lot of comments about the traffic lights both for and against the effectiveness of them. I can't help but feel that if people would leave earlier, and not be in such a hurry that the lights wouldn't seem so bad. In addition, if you study the lights and learn the pattern of them as well, then the wait is predictable. Which, to me, makes them much more tolerable. So, before you complain about the system, learn a bit more about it!
