New York State needs a death penalty law enacted and enforced. Limit appeals to one, and enforce the penalty within 30 days of a failed appeal. No special penalty for murdering law enforcement, EMT`s, firemen. Everyone`s life should have exactly the same value under the law. Send the message that murdering anyone is going to mean losing your own life within no more than six months from the date of conviction. Abortion is a form of murder, also.
