Kudos and heartfelt thanks to 911 dispatch and to the Hermon and Canton rescue squads for getting me to the hospital as quickly and carefully as possible (I remember only a few names: Dave, Peter, Corey); to the Canton-Potsdam Hospital emergency room staff including Andy LaFrance for administering first aid and pain relief. Thank you to Dr. Cummings and the O.R. staff for putting my body so expertly back together again after my accident at home earlier this month. We are truly fortunate to live in a place with such well-trained and helpful emergency services. Support these folks! You never know when you might be the one in the ambulance.
