How come tenants are allowed to smoke in subsidized Senior apartment buildings? There are some tenants on oxygen and the stench in the building comes into our apartments. They can only smoke in their apartment but the odor is throughout the whole building. If the apartment buildings are government subsidized, can’t the government have a smoke free ban on our Senior apartments?
