Watch people behind the wheel, I cannot tell you how many times I see people texting and driving, it happens all the time (“Stay Off Cell Phones,” Sound Off, Feb. 29-March 6)! Especially at the lights, and you know the conversation (via texting) is not over when the light turns green. I love the ones driving, talking on their cell phones and smoking a cigarette. And no doubt drinking coffee. We all know this is against the rules. Obviously a large amount of our population does not care. The question is, how do we get it to stop?
