I'm tired of hearing about the polar vortex. If people do not believe that it not true, look around you. It is in the 60's in December and January and 20s and 30's now. I hate New York. I'm going to finish rehabbing my house; then I am selling. I am heading for warmer territory. Everyone says I'll miss the seasons up here; screw that we haven't had that now in two years.
