Would like to know who in Albany is responsible for this tax on all shoreline property. This is a real cost to taxpayers who live on the shores of the controlled by the power companies who are making millions as long as the river flows. Give us a break and drop this foolish tax, many properties are up for sale in Colton due to this high tax on shoreline.
