It seems there are certain laws for some people and certain laws for others. I noticed that when I go out to take a stroll on the Maple City Trail to relax by the water or try to make new friends, the city police seem to circle around and watch what I'm doing. If they do not have good enough reasons to do so, I would think that it would be considered unlawful surveillance. I have no intensions on hurting anyone, Just trying to meet new friends. The police have no right to watch me. They should be doing something about the people in the north side of the Ogdensburg mall parking lot. I hear them rev up their engines, squeal their tires, and drag race across the Twin Bridges.
