Great to hear the Potsdam Police are staying proactive with returning students. God knows you got to control those indecent exposer-perps. Fill them full of beer and spirits then arrest them for peeing in the bushes. Not to say they aren’t brave men and women but the Potsdam patrols are a bit over zealous. Maybe you could turn your heads the other way. After all, don’t the cases usually get thrown out for lack of evidence?
