I work in Canton and make several trips daily through the area of St. Lawrence University. Some of these students have no concept of crossing the street. They walk off the curb without Looking because they are in the crosswalk. They carry on conversations or texting as though they are on a backcountry road with no traffic. This is a county road and with all the construction drivers are already frustrated. Please cross as if you have someplace to be. The drivers obviously are trying to get someplace. Just asking for a little consideration both ways. Thanks.
