How can we honestly vote for dissolution when the Town Board is unwilling to give any answers to what will happen post dissolution. I believe we need to elect some Village residents onto the Town Board who will represent our interests. The Town Board is made up of a majority of Norwood residents or people that live just outside Norwood and really do they care what happens here? Do they really care if we have Police or Fire Protection as Norwood already has their own Police and Fire Departments? Do they really care if our streets are plowed in a reasonable time? Do they really care if students are tearing up the Village, making noise, and stealing things? I fear if we vote for this now the police will be eliminated, the Village laws which regulate noise the students are allowed to make in my residential neighborhood will be gone, and the Fire Drivers that can respond to Fires immediately will be eliminated.
