I must disagree with the mayor of Massena in his hopes of landing a nuclear power plant in his area. Must he be reminded that the Robert-Moses power dam sits on a fault? If we ever had a major earthquake like the one in Japan, I would expect to see Massena and several other hamlets and villages wiped out from the collapse and wall of water. We should be taking advantage of the water power and wind power that could produce for our needs. Much safer and more efficient. I don't need another Nine-Mile Point in my back yard.
