In regards to an article in last week’s edition of North Country This Week, I would like to know how the mayor of Norwood can say, and I quote, “There has been some mischief in the village lately,” when people’s personal property, including vehicles, have been damaged. I must be old-school because I would call that vandalism! In our senior citizen housing complex, they had personal air conditioners damaged by someone pushing them in. This is not mischief--this is vandalism. There is a big difference and somehow there has to be an end to it. Norwood needs to get their motto back: “A nice place to live”!!
