It is interesting that the village of Norwood can limit the areas where smokers can smoke. They can also tell dog owners that they have to pick up after their dogs. All this while more and more piles of horse droppings litter the streets inside the village limits. To have no consideration for the home owners that have this mess in front of their homes or in parking lots where children have to dodge the piles is disgraceful. If the village feels that there is nothing wrong with leaving the droppings anywhere, then maybe the concerned citizens should pick them up and place them in front of the town hall, since apparently they are not a nuisance to anyone.
