I’d like to issue a warm invitation to any who are looking for something free to do in the Massena/Louisville area. We offer a lovely beach at Robert Moses State Park, with picnic facilities, swimming, and a playground. Whalen Park has tennis and basketball courts, river access for kayaks and canoes, a picnic pavilion, playground, and paved hiking trail. Springs Park has a bandshell/concerts, a playground, boat launch, and picnic area. The Celine Philbert Museum and Nicandri Nature Center are beautiful new facilities. NYPA’s Hawkins Point Visitors’ Center has done repairs to exhibits, and is looking great! They offer free movies and popcorn, and festivals. Take advantage of these summer months, and enjoy!
