My husband owes me $100,000 in “arrears,” doesn’t pay child support, blew a .22 on his breathalyzer test for an aggravated DWI and drives. He works. He doesn’t pay, because according to the “justice system,” I will get it “later.” Yea right. Welcome to northern New York, where people get away with murder, every day, and it doesn’t always include blood.
