Well, I call it my welfare check. I was salaried, but not management and was forced to retire at an early age. People who are still working cry their checks aren’t big enough. Try living on Alcoa’s retirement with the huge amount taken out every month for benefits. Come on Alcoa. Start being human and look at getting your employees who put many years in a substantial cost of living increase. Gas, groceries, etc., are going up at an alarming rate. I’ll bet the big wigs at Alcoa don’t really have to worry about those trivial things.
