I think it’s great that the teachers at Norwood-Norfolk Central agreed to contribute towards their health insurance. I also commend the Superintendent and Business Manager for also contributing 10 percent and taking a pay freeze in these difficult times. How come the principals didn’t take a pay freeze? Are they contributing 10 percent towards their health insurance? Does anyone else realize that St. Lawrence Central will only have two principals next year while Norwood will still have three? And SLC has more students. The board should have gotten rid of one administrator--just think of the programs they could have saved for the students. It’s time for the taxpayers to voice their concerns before we are driven out of our community by high taxes and loss of student programs.
