Governor Cuomo puts the screws to the public school system again. He is attempting to delay the Sept. 1 payment of Lottery moneys to the schools. This is just one more case of this character’s fraudulent and backhanded way to cripple the public schools of this state. There is not a lottery cash flow problem. It doesn’t seem that the so-called lottery for education is in any kind of cash flow situation. They take your money on a very regular basis. The governor simply wants the school districts to borrow money and put it on the local taxpayers backs and more importantly on your children’s education. His credibility has vanished. Is it fair to the local taxpayer? What an excuse for a governor! What are our local legislators going to do about it? Remember that Andrew Cuomo spent zero days as a student in a public school. Does that tell you anything about his commitment to your children and our grandchildren?
