The county needs to plan for the employee contract coming in a couple years; not cry that the county is in financial stress. If the county can afford to give raises to part timers they need to give an adequate raise to full time employees too. If the county can afford the legislator raise for part-time work then that raise should be doubled for full-time employees. The county has a couple years to get finances in order, but I won't hold my breath.
