I hope I am not being rude but the apartment issue is quite obvious. If one developer can build 100 units in the Village and not have any problem paying all Village taxes, then why does the Town-sponsored developer of 144 units say he couldn’t afford to pay Village taxes? If one can afford the Village taxes, then both can afford the Village taxes.
