NORFOLK -- Funeral services for 12-year-old Ryan Richard Conte, a resident of 1140 County Route 38, Norfolk, will be held Tuesday, February 13, 2018, at 8 p.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norfolk with Rev. Diane Hutchinson from the Norfolk Wesleyan Methodist Church presiding.
Burial will be held in the springtime at the Raymondville Cemetery.
Family and friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Norfolk on Tuesday from 5 p.m. until the time of the service.
Ryan passed away Sunday, February 11, 2018, at his home with his family at his side.
Ryan is survived by his parents, Matthew and Christine Conte, Raymondville; a brother, Andrew and a sister Katelynn, both at home; his paternal grandfather, Roger and Mary Conte, Norfolk; his paternal grandmother, Charlotte and Ron Beamis, West Stockholm; his maternal grandmother, Carol Craig, Norfolk and his aunts and uncles, Jason and Mistee Conte, Raymondville; Melissa and Pete Tucker, Parishville and Steve Craig, Canton as well as his many friends.
Ryan was pre-deceased by his maternal grandfather, Arthur Craig.
Born in Massena, on April 8, 2005, to Matthew and Christine Craig Conte, Ryan was a student at the Potsdam Middle School.
He loved to listen to music, especially his favorite song, “Me and Bobby McGee” and enjoyed going to school and being with his friends.
Ryan also loved to swim and enjoyed loud, wild and crazy things.
He was the happiest boy who loved spending time with his family and friends.
