CANTON – A Rochester woman is charged with a felony for allegedly driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle.
Elic A. Ayala, 31, was stopped by state police along U.S. Rt. 11 in the town of Canton at 4:12 p.m. Sunday.
Troopers charged her with aggravated DWI: with child, first-offense DWI, speeding, and drinking alochol in a motor vehicle on a highway.
Troopers said she was held in lieu of cash bail.
