West Potsdam man arrested for allegedly selling Oxycodone to police informant

WEST POTSDAM – A West Potsdam man has been charged with selling prescription drugs and marijuana possession.

Charles D. Curtis, 35, of 508 County Rt. 34, is said to have sold the prescription painkiller Oxycodone to a police informant.

He was charged with a felony, third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

After arraignment in Potsdam Town Court, Curtis was sent to the county jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.

A search warrant was executed at the Rt. 34 address by the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force, but what might have been found was not described.
