WADDINGTON — A Waddington man was arrested for driving while ability impaired by drugs following a property-damage accident Wednesday afternoon, according to state police.
Benedict W. Hall, 62, was charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle with ability impaired by drugs, moving from a lane unsafely, failure to use designated lane and failure to keep right on a two lane road, troopers said.
No injuries were reported.
Hall was cited and released.
