MASSENA – State police have arrested two Hogansburg men following an ongoing investigation that culminated in an undercover drug bust in the parking lot of the 
Super 8 Motel Tuesday.
Massena patrols arrested Brian A. Jacobs, 23, Hogansburg, for first-degree criminal Possession of Marijuana and second-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, both felonies.
Kurt T. Terrance, 21, Hogansburg, was arrested for first-degree Criminal Possession of Marijuana and two counts of seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Police allege Jacobs and Terrance were both in possession of approximately 24 pounds of marijuana.
Jacobs was the sole possessor of approximately 500 pills that field tested positive for ecstasy.
Terrance was found to possess less than 1/2 gram of cocaine and a small amount of Oxycodone.
Both were arraigned in the Village of Massena Court by Justice Crandall.
Jacobs was remanded to the St. Lawrence County Jail with no bail set.
Terrance was remanded in lieu of $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond.
