GOUVERNEUR -- Two Gouverneur women were charged with unlawfully dealing with a child Monday stemming from a complaint first made to state police Jan. 11.
Nancy A. Hay, 49, was charged Feb. 12 with five counts of first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child: alcohol, troopers said.
The arrest took place at 9:01 a.m. at the state police station, 1005 U.S. Highway 11, officers said.
Lacy A. Redmond, 26, was charged Feb. 13 with five counts of first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child: alcohol, troopers said.
Both women were cited and released.
