GOUVERNEUR – Two Gouverneur men have been charged in the June burglary of a Rock Island Road residence.
Daniel Camidge, 27, and Ryan M. Travis, 24, were each charged with felony counts of second-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny following an investigation by the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators said the two took TVs, iPods, and miscellaneous other items including some jewelry, all of which was worth more than $1,000.
More arrests are expected, investigators said.
Both men were arraigned in Potsdam Town Court, which was in session at the time of their arrest.
Camidge was released to the supervision of probation authorities, and Travis was released in his own recognizance.
The pair will appear in Gouverneur Town Court at a later date.
